This is a follow-up review to after my review [at Cars.com] describing a problematic panic alarm situation. I've been through a ton of used "as is" car sales, and figured I was stuck. Not this time around. The staff at New Autos care. A great shout out to Bernie who worked tirelessly to correct the problem. Even though I got the car "as is" they were as surprised as I was and the problem got fixed without any hassles. So, not only did I have the best car sale experience, I just had the best follow-up experience with fixing a problem, and now I truly have my dream car. I've already been recommending this place to everyone I know, that New Autos have good cars, it's an easy sales experience, and then they care and make sure you are happy with the entire process start-to-finish and then follow-up.
