We used NAI about 10 years ago and it was a great experience. So it was an easy choice to go there first for our latest vehicle. We were looking for a Tacoma 4D/4WD in the uncommon SR5 trim, and our salesman was outstanding, finding us EXACTLY what we wanted at a price we liked, the next day. He also worked directly with our finance company to make sure that they had their waterfowl appropriately and correctly arrayed (ducks in a row). Not counting the time at the finance company, the whole process including phone calls, messages and signing the paperwork took about 30 minutes.
